The Petrified Sand Dunes were supposed to be a quick stop However, we loved them so much we ended up spending hours exploring them leading up to sunset and then staying at the Snow Canyon campsite so we could go back again in the morning to see them in the early morning light! Beautiful! Wanderlog makes planning a trip so effortless. I just wish that the green hill wasnt the end of other runs. There are really neat petroglyphs here. Some tubs are cooler if you prefer that, others are hot. Permanent & rotating exhibits of life in the Old West include stagecoaches & pioneer artifacts.
